The Rescue Tool has been developed by Victorinox in close collaboration with rescue and safety services including firemen, policemen, paramedics and emergency service personnel. It can be operated with gloves and has black handles. Crate opener and one-hand blade can be locked in place through Liner Lock.
All parts have been stringently tested for strength and durability. The new window breaker feature and disc saw tools make this tool unique. The rounded seat belt cutter can be used to cut through tough seatbelt straps in order to free someone trapped in a car. A swiss army knife can and has saved a life in a pinch!

My Swiss Army Knife Story:
Let me start by saying I love the Swiss Army Knife. They are the best. I
don't think I could have gone camping or anywhere else for that matter without
it. Recently on one of our camping trips, my classic
swiss army knife helped save a life. Somebody went swimming in the river and
got their pants caught on some heavy branches and rocks under the water. They
were basically trapped and I had my knife handy and was able to cut and free
this person up. They were thankful to say the least. I will always stand by my
swiss army knife. That little guy sure packs a punch. Thanks again.
